Bodycare’s ‘Hire Right’ Pre-Employment Screening is a tailored functional assessment, which determines each individual’s suitability for the role they are working in. Among other things, this assessment screens a candidate’s functional capacity according to the inherent requirement of a job or task as well as testing their Cardiovascular System and Blood Pressure, Respiratory System, Drug and Alcohol screening, Hearing, Vision screening, BMI, Medical History and Job History. All Functional Assessments are conducted by Bodycare’s accredited physiotherapists.
The assessment helps identify the risk factors of an individual prior to employment and ensures functional competency for work tasks and ‘job matching’, minimising risk. On completion, our clients are provided with an electronic summary report detailing the candidate’s suitability the required role.
