Healthy Minds for Everyone

1 Hour Session

This one-hour session introduces all staff members to the basics of mental health awareness. Participants learn how to distinguish between daily stress and mental illnesses, recognise the signs of mental distress in themselves and others, and approach a colleague they are concerned about.


The session promotes understanding of how to access mental health support and reduces stigma around mental health discussions in the workplace.

Healthy Minds for People Leaders

3 Hour Workshop
This three-hour workshop empowers managers and supervisors with the knowledge to recognize and address mental health issues within their teams. It covers the prevalence and impact of mental health problems at work, legal obligations, and provides practical tools for early intervention and support. Leaders learn how to initiate supportive conversations, create management plans, and maintain ongoing support for affected employees.

Healthy Minds for Executives

45 Minute Session
Designed specifically for senior leadership, this 45 minute session underscores the critical role executives play in fostering a mentally healthy workplace. It discusses the financial and operational impacts of mental health issues, legislative requirements, and the necessity of executive support in driving cultural change. The session offers a strategic framework for supporting mental health at work, enhancing overall organisational resilience.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Program

12 Hours, Delivered Over 2 Days
This comprehensive two-day course is akin to physical first aid but focuses on mental health. Participants are trained to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The course builds skills to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and help connect them to the appropriate care.

Mental Health First Aid: Peer Support

1.5 Hour Session
This 1.5-hour session is designed as a follow-up for those who have completed the MHFA course. It provides a platform for refresher training, discussing new scenarios, and reinforcing best practices in mental health first aid through real-life examples and interactive discussion. The session is aimed at enhancing the ongoing effectiveness of MHFA trainees in the workplace, ensuring they remain confident and capable in their roles as mental health first aiders.
